Training to clarify criteria and set operational standards, recruiting, packaging and appointment

On Friday, 21 May 2021, the Faculty of Business Administration organized training to clarify criteria and set operational standards for recruiting, filling and appointing relevant personnel. The purpose to rehearse the knowledge, understanding of the rules and regulations related to the performance of personnel management for personnel management personnel of the faculties and those involved, have knowledge and understanding of general standards about recruiting practices, competitive exam, selection examination, selection, filling an appointment and as a guideline for personnel management, to have proper guidelines for action, which will enable them to perform their duties efficiently including to exchange experiences, knowledge and understanding of performance and solving various problems related to personnel management correctly, to reduce errors and problems with complaints that will arise from the personal management of the department. Which received lecturers from the Maejo University Staffing Division be the educator of 2 persons, namely Ms. Mayuree Keawprapa, Human Resources Operations Officer Acting in the position of supervisor and force and Ms. Phannut Phunsawat, Human Resources Officer.
