Explanation
Programme quality depends mostly on interaction between staff and students.
However, academic staff cannot perform their roles well without the quality of
services provided by the support staff. These are the support staff members who
manage the libraries, laboratories, computer facilities and student services.
Use Figure 2.6 to specify the number of support staff available in the last 5 academic
years.
